Common questions

How much does Pro cost?: Pro is $250/mo list — $99/mo for a limited time. Existing Clara clients get Pro bundled in their Clara plan at no extra cost.
What counts as an expense?: Every reimbursement request submitted by a team member counts as one expense, regardless of currency, country, or category. Drafts that never get submitted don't count.
How do you handle foreign exchange?: Clara fetches the rate for the expense's transaction date from a market feed, on demand. Every foreign-currency expense is converted using that rate, which is locked onto the record at submission and stays put for the lifetime of the expense.
